We also prioritise quality power supplies, reliable motherboards, and proven cooling solutions parts that don’t always get attention but make a huge difference long-term. Before a single component is installed, we plan the airflow and internal layout of the system. Proper airflow is essential for performance, noise levels, and component longevity. Case choice, fan placement, and cooling configuration are all considered beforehand.
The build process itself is where experience really shows. Components are installed carefully, cables are managed cleanly, and nothing is rushed. Clean cable management isn’t just about aesthetics it ensures future upgrades can be carried out by our customers much easier. We take a lot of pride in the Custom PCs that leave our shop ensuring every system is treated as if it was our own.
No system leaves ITRevamp without thorough testing. Each Custom PC will have the necessary operating system and drivers installed. After the software and drivers have been installed the system will then be stress-tested, and monitored for temperatures, stability, and overall performance. We ensure everything runs as expected under real world workloads, not just at idle. These steps allows us to catch potential issues early and ship systems we’re confident in.
Before a Custom PC is handed over or given to the courier, we perform final checks to ensure everything is ready to go. From a burn in test to physical inspection, we make sure the PC arrives exactly as intended ensuring the Custom PC is packaged in a discrete box with instapak foam to ensure no damaged is caused during the delivery process. For us, a build isn’t finished until it has passed all necessary checks in our quality assurance process.
